The TH-8800 Series Electronic fatigue testing machine adopts full digital force, displacement, and speed three-loop control during the testing process. It uses Japanese Panasonic AC servo motors and control drive systems, with servo electric cylinders for transmission, aiming to achieve the best transmission efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It features low noise, energy saving, cleanliness, high rigidity, impact resistance, ultra-long lifespan, and simple operation and maintenance. It can work without faults for a long time in harsh environments and has a protection level of IP66. The electric cylinder can work in complex environments with only regular grease lubrication, and there are no easily damaged parts that require maintenance and replacement. Compared to hydraulic and pneumatic systems, it reduces a large amount of after-sales service costs. At the same time, a front and rear sensing limit switch can be installed on the cylinder body, which cooperates with the servo motor system and motion control system to improve system safety.
The body is made of high-strength steel plates connected together, with sufficient rigidity and strength to bear the working load. It has a wide working space, facilitating operation. The column is installed on the test work flat base, allowing for free adjustment of the working level surface. The outer surface of the equipment is painted.
